Chapter 15 update

Woof this was a big update. Things got a little out of hand at this point in the book! This chapter is about twice as long as usual in terms of content written.

If you are in it for the Spicy Dragon Stuff, this is a good chapter update.

I'm going on one last hiatus to finish through the end of the book (chapter 20). I expect to come back at the end of February to finish out the last chapters. Thank you so much to everyone following along with this project while I explore the format!
